CHRISTIAN WOMAN’S FELLOWSHIP (CWF)
Women of the congregation meet on the first Tuesday of the month in the Fellowship Hall at 9:00 a.m. to organize various fundraising events in the church. These are some of the events they organize each year:
Women of the congregation meet on the first Tuesday of the month in the Fellowship Hall at 9:00 a.m. to organize various fundraising events in the church. These are some of the events they organize each year:
- Blanket Sunday in September
- Soup Supper and Bake Sale in October
- Mostaccioli Dinner and Bake Sale in May
- Quarterly, the CWF organizes a competition among the guys and gals centering around food collections, such as, peanut butter vs. jelly, or Jell-O vs. Pudding, or chicken noodle soup vs. tomato soup, or a vegetable can drive. The local food cupboard is always the winner.
- Members deliver SAM’S Meals within the community every month.
- CWF collects the Blessing Boxes which youth and adults fill with coins.
